If any of you have an oriental supermarket near you they will usually sell them. They'll be in the fridges, packed in water. I got some yesterday, but have yet to try them. I might have some in a stirfry on my next DD (tomorrow). I've heard mixed reviews about them. Some people say they're absolutely gross, and some say they are edible if you can get past the texture. I guess they're good for adding some bulk to your DD meals, without the calories!
I bought some aggges ago when I was doing a low carb diet but never did try them. In the end I put them in the bin because they were past their sell by date.
There is an oriental food shop in our town that I've been meaning to check out for months now to see if they sell these noodles. Gonna see if I can get there over the weekend. I agree msrsimpkin would be good for DD's
