DD breakfast

Morning supergran

Nothing for me usually (except a cuppa!), I like to try and save my calories for later.

I have had a grapefruit for breakfast both down days and they will be up and feel substantial as it takes me a while with a spoon ha. Mfp puts it as 84cals
 
30g oatmeal with soya milk fills me for hours 186 cal
 
Quite fancy egg on toast today. Not had one for few week's
 
I had nothing for my DD breakfast today, but was thinking that 30g porridge with water is 120 cal so may give that a go if I get starved of a DD.
 
I'm going to have scrambled egg, or a boiled egg tomorrow with WW white sliced bread so 63 for the egg, & 47 for a slice of toast. Then a WW yoghurt mid morning, that's 50!
I see you have 70 cals for an egg, I have 63...i just googled it and it was the first thing that came up,did you get 70 on MFP?
 
Is it a small egg? I check the packets... Tesco medium free range eggs (which I usually buy..) state 88 cals on the packet and come up as that on MFP so that's what I go with
