Oh will need to try them. I love an ice lolly, mike twisters are fab too altho can't remember off hand how many cals they are!x

50g Twister Ice Lollies (from 8 pack sold in supermarkets) are only 45 cals. Sometimes these are on special offer at half price or buy two for £3, etc. Excellent treat on a hot day.

Ha ha. We had one hot day here this summer. I'm hoping for a lot more next summer when I'm looking all svelte and slender and able to shimmy into little summer dresses. Woo hoo!
