I posted these in my diary but though others may like a look :)

Ingredients (makes 8 little squares/bars):
150g porridge oats (i used sainsburys scots porridge)
75g Peanut butter (i used Whole Earth crunchy origional)
120g USN UltraLean Diet whey protein (i had vanilla vlavour)
100-150ml water
method:
weigh out oats, whey and mix with water.
Add pb and mix up until it becomes one mass.
Line a tub (old icecream tub or simialr will do) with baking paper and spread mixture out evenly.
Cover and put infreezer for about 40mins til firm (ish) and not so sticky!
Eat and enjoy, keep them in the firdge and should last 5-7 days :)

Have just had one and must say it was the absolute shiz! Made made from oats, pb and whey protein so v healthy and no added crap. If you train its perfect for pre and post workout, and if u dont train its still perfect as it will fill u up and give you energy :-D

Just to say i used ingredients/brands i have at home already but u could use any. Choc why might be nice! Obvs though using othe brands would alter the nutritional content so take that in to account. As far as i am aware the protein powder and pb i used are one of the lowest (if not the lowest) in cals, fat and carbs etc as i researched a fair bit and is why i bought them :)

132cals
7g of fat
(of which is sat fat 1g)
15g protein
13g carbs
(of which is sugar 3g)
