Newbie to JUDDD

Hi everyone, I have been looking on this site for a few days and came across this diet which I had never heard of. I have done WW and SW but with no success and after reading about this diet thought it sounded a great idea one tough day and one normal day. Has anybody got any advice for me or ideas for success using this method ? Thanks
 
First bit of advice would be to check out Dr Johnsons alternate day diet website- this will give you the science behind the diet, and also what calorie allowances he recommends for your up and dd days.

Then I would recommend taking your measurements before you start as you will lose inches quicker than pounds x

My best advice would be to enjoy it :) It's not the fastest weight loss but it is the most enjoyable x
