Not quite the same as real crisps, but good if you want a low cal savoury snack on a DD.
- Slice a courgette very thinly
- Put on a plate lined with greaseproof paper
- Spray with fry lite
- Microwave on high until golden (about 5 min or so, but keep an eye on them to stop them burning!)
- Sprinkle with salt & enjoy :)
