    Hi Fellow Juddders,

    I thought it would be nice if we all knew who we are so that we can encourage and support each other on this plan.

    People I know doing this are as follows; if I miss you off the list please add yourself on and your start date too would be good!

    May 17th 2011 - The fight back to health.:
    May to December 2011 28lbs lost.

    Weight gained between December 2011-March 2012 = 9lbs
    March 26th - Back with a vengeance!

    New day for weigh-ins- Mondays.
    Start weight 15.11
    April 2nd - 1lb lost = 15.10
    April 9th - 2lbs lost = 15.8
    April 16th -1lb lost = 15.7
    April 23rd - STS = 15.7 = acceptable!

    Come on out, thats what I say, if you are a JUDDDER you are amongst friends! The bigger(and indeed smaller lol) this group gets the better we will be able to work out how well this plan really works.

    I also belive tihs is a sustainable weight loss / maintenance programme because it responds to the normal human eating pattern i.e we don't always eat exactly the same number of cals every day because of circumstances. For me, this plan 'irons out' those circumstances and gives some structure to my otherwise erratic eating habits (and by erratic, I mean out of control )

    Summer you and RD have hit the nail on the head. Recently we went to Las Vegas with my sister and her OH, they are both slim jims and after 10 days with them I could see why. Given that American portions are HUGE they definately ate light every other day or so. Both put on a little and interestingly eating with them all the time, I lost a couple of pounds. Go figure!
    There is a lot more to losing/maintaining than being paranoid about it. They were just so sensible ' oh, had massive dinner last night, think I'll stick to fruit and salad and light dinner today' - no stressing or guilt over what had been consumed, just a balancing act to keep things even. Brilliant!
