Been on a mixture of exante and slimandsave vlcds for a few weeks but going to give juddd a go and see how I get on

Hi welcome both , we are a bit thin on the ground but a very friendly bunch, I would recommend reading all you can about alternate day dieting as its very interesting and there are health benefits along with weight loss, I think the key is to be really strict on your DD's and enjoy your UP's it makes the diet a long term possibility, its the easiest to stick to I have come across x

I have been thinking about it all day and came on to see how everyone was getting on and seen your post lol I think it would suit me to a T I have no probs doing vlcd for short term and knowing you can have a treat the very next day would make it so much easier and I kinda miss my exercise ive not felt up to it on s+s.
 
I think I literally would have died if I'd tried to exercise on any vlcd. Saying that, I told myself I was going to do some thing on thurs and didn't!

yeah I will use mfp to track and use my packs on down days, my husband has been pissed off at the complete anti social aspect of vlcd so it will be nice to be able to eat with him again on up days and also a good way to use up packs so it wasnt a complete waste of money!
 
If you google juddd calculator it will give you amounts for you

Mine are DD 409
UD 2044

I'm using my s&s packs for DDs, but struggling to keep in my levels for it. Going to stick with 409 for 2wks, then up it to 500 for a week and see of that makes a difference

Can be any food, I'm using packs because I've got them. But looked at ptenny's diary and she seems to have loads of food for her 400!!

Think I might change over when my packs are all done, but I've just ordered 84 more shakes :( long time coming!

yeah i dont think its gonna be a prob..the book is called the alternate day diet but according to what ive read its.not worth buying as all info is on the website anyway. I dont think im gonna get it unless I can find it for cheap in charity shop.
