I was going to do 2 days break for 1 2 more break for 1 and 1 more.
So, Monday, Tuesday (Wednesday off) Thursday Friday (Saturday off) and finally Sunday. But I suppose the challenge is any 5 days over the week to fit you!

After reading this thread I've decided to do the 30DS every weekday after work, making that 5 times a week, and then I'll go to the gym on weekends when I have more time![]()
Sounds like a good idea phoenyx.
As most of you have a Saturday WI I suppose starting on a Saturday makes sense.
