I am lowering my expectations this month, after monitoring my weight daily for the last 3 weeks I think a 1lb loss a week is achievable for me so am going for 5lbs, not going to meet Junes challenge unless I have lost 3 lbs this week which is very doubtful but hey ho, I will be super pleased with a 1lb a week weight loss from here on in![]()
