Hello Everyone!

I am doing an experiment to see if whether if I eat all of my allowances on JUDDD I have better losses than if I were to fast.
I have lost 2.25lbs in the last two weeks when not eating my full allowances, and two weeks prior to that I lost 6lbs when I ate my full allowances!

So im just doing an experiment as I have also found that I am more likely to binge on my DDs if I haven't eaten my full allowance on my UPs!

Will post everyday as I am also daily weighing!

I'd be interested to see how this works too as I always feel bad on diets when you can eat a lot. I'm due to start JUDDD next week but may start earlier x

1/4 Veg Stock Cube (4)
45g Penne Pasta (70)
1 Baby Leek (18)
1/2 Garlic Clove (2)
25g EL Philadelphia (27)
5g Low Fat Cheese (13)

170g Pot Total 0% Greek Yogurt (97)

424 Calories!

Interesting experiment! I like it! :D

I take it that's 45g of cooked weight penne pasta - I guess it's got to be if it's only 70 cals? Did it look much?

I'm loving it too!

It's actually dry weight! It didn't specify the type of pasta so in the end I used macaroni!
It was lovely!

Um... :( Someone jump in and correct me if I'm wrong, but 45g dry weight pasta would be more than 70cals. I think :confused:

That is cooked weight not dry. Dry 45g is 157 cal cooked.

The book says if you're over 100 calories on a down day it makes little difference - especially if you burnt extra calories with fitness. Eat it -- you need the nutrients in it. I hope its whole grain pasta which has protein in it.
 
It is wholegrain!!!

Oh dear Ill be careful not to make that mistake again!! I dont eat pasta often! I have burnt 140 calories today so I will eat it but I will feel guilty!

Not at all --Dr Johnson would eat it. You need nutrition. Yum!
 
I always steer clear of pasta when calorie counting for this exact reason, to be honest its only 80 cals difference I wouldn't worry :)
