2 down days in a row

Does anyone do this? Today was supposed to be a down day but I've now had 1700 cals so it's an up day! I need weds to be an up day as its my bday so thought about doing both mon and tues as down days. Would that work?

start - 12.7 current - 11.7 target 9.10
 
I would just make tomorrow an UP as planned, while your body is getting into the rhythm of this way of eating its best to stick to UP , DD , 2 UP days together are fine but 2 DD s together is not recommended. A lot of us have done the odd 2 DD s to change days etc but it is of no great benefit its the UP Down routine that gets the weight moving x
 
Happy birthday for Wednesday. Mine is on Sunday so not long after you :). I've kind of planned how I am going to do this so that my birthday is an up day (goes without saying lol) and the next day will be down again which could be tricky as we will be in a hotel with a good breakfast menu... doh!
 
So you shouldn't do two Down Days together? Its my birthday on Tuesday and boyfriends booked us a meal out at an expensive restaurant that serves mainly burgers so I need to do two down days together or make today an up day. What should I do for the best? Or should I make today an in the middle day? xxxxx
 
It's not recommended to do two days of dd together , personally I'd rearrange to whatever way suits to make sure you don't have two dd in a row , especially if you intend on having a drink or three :) for your bday ;)
 
It really worries me doing two up days at weekends and i have no choice this weekend!!!

dont worry hun, i had 2 up days this wkend and they were my first 2 together. the actual list is on my diary but to sum up, i had food out at lunch on friday, fish and chips and a mega sundae followed by a chinese in the night then on saturday i had friends round and had breaded chicken, ribs and wings, wedges and fries, crusty bread, pate and a huge slice of cheesecake, plus a few extra choccies on top! i gained 3lbs altogether from both days so thats actually not too bad considering the crap i consumed! back at 9st 4lbs this morn after my down so currently 2lbs gain from my official weight which should disappear by the wkend with a bit more exercise!!

if you are worried about having 2 together, then identify where you are likely to overeat and maybe cut back at other times, like for me when i had my beast meal on sat night, i had a lighter breakfast of weetabix and toast and didnt eat until the night then rather than eating throughout the day as well xx
 
Yeah that's a good idea!!! I'll do that!! Problem with me is the vino!!!! That I can't seem to limit lool x
