Judddd and maintenance

After just a week on Judddd I am now close to my goal (bmi of 25) while I may continue and see if I can lose another 5 to 7 pounds I am already curious how people maintain on Judddd. I have been successful on various diets before but I am rubbish at maintaining (hence why so many diets) So who is maintaining and what do you do.

I am assuming you either increase yoru DD cals or the number DDs

The juddd website suggests doing higher cal down days, if you take a look and put in ur height weight etc it will give you a good idea of what to shoot for. (and change the percentage to one of the maintenance ones on the drop down box)

Some people still do dd's but just have less of them, like 2 instead of 3. It's really worth experimenting until you find whats right for you x
