Does anyone work nights?

Persistence not perfection
Hi there, I'm a student nurse and have just been given my off duty for my next placement, I'm on 3 weeks of days and then 1 week of nights (M,T,W,T night). I like nights and usually do quite well with them but I do tend to graze over the shift - no big meals but I might have a cup soup, some fruit and a bar of chocolate maybe.

I've not done nights since starting JUDDD so I don't know what the best thing is to do? My UD and DD usually run from midnight to midnight so IDK whether to keep it the same or change it up to make things easier.

Any ideas?

Surely if you keep to the 24hrs it won't matter if your calories are taken during the night or the day..its still 24hrs which can be started whenever you want.

Hi,

I work shifts too, I keep my UD's and DD's from midnight til midnight. That way I always get to have something to eat, I'm sure you'll agree we need as much energy as possible working nights just to get through them!

It works for me, and my weightloss has been fine x

Good luck

Charlie x
