    Anyone maintaining or have on juddd?

    So obviously I'm thinking about what I'm going do when I eventually get to target. I would like to continue with judd mostly as I believe in the health benefits but I would like to know how guys have done, your intakes and how you've found it?

    I've been thinking about that too and think I may try to drop to 2 DDs a week, first by adding like a normal evening meal and see what that does after a few weeks then see about adding breakkie and so on x
