First down day tomorrow !!!!

My WW weigh in is weds, im going to do my first JUDDD down day tomorrow and WI weds as normal then wait until following weds for first JUDDD weigh in !!!

So tomorrow i was thinking

Strawberries

Homemade tomato and pepper soup

Cod , homemade ratatouille and broccoli

Skimmed milk for 2 coffees, then water and herbal tea the rest of the day.

How does that sound ??

I'm worried about the headache as I wondered of it may happen I normally have about 6-8 coffees a day .
I'm a headache and migraine sufferer so wish me luck !
 
Good luck! I did have to take some painkillers for my head the first couple of DD's. Not anymore though, and I've only been at it for just over a week ;-)
 
Two stone is definitely doable! I'd like to lose another 30 pounds, which is just over two stone. I think that'll give me a BMI of 21, so fairly low.
 
Welcome to JUDDD Vicky and to the forum. Everyone on here is really friendly and supportive. Hope your first DD goes well. :)

I came here looking for a quicker result than Ww was giving me as I'm constantly up and down on that lol
But being very hungry makes you question it lol
 
It really does get easier. I barely feel hungry on a DD now, and usually don't eat Neil about 7.30pm n them. The first few DD I did though I was starving!

Don't eat Neil? Haha,, silly auto correct. I meant I don't eat anything til 7.30pm :).
I find coffee helps to take the edge off a bit x

Poor Neil! Lol..
I try not to eat for as long as possible, usually until 12 or 1pm then I have about 150 cals then the rest as dinner. Lots of veg helps and gorgeously skinny soups.. Mmm
 
Thanks ladies I'm still starving lol had a stir fry and apple and a coffee lol
Might have to go to bed soo. And dream about brekkie !!!!! I've used less that 420cal today so really could of eaten something small earlier when I was so hungry .
