Confused about calories...

Okay so on my UD's I go to the gym, but now I, confused on whether I'm supposed to eat back the calories I've burnt??
I mean, I eat round about 2000 calls on my UD, so say I burn 400 in the gym would that not take it down to 1600?
I just don't want it to affect my weight loss if I'm burning calls so not technically eating enough.
Now I've wrote that I feel confused myself lol

Have a look on the JUDDD website for the calorie calculator - you can put in the level of exercise you do and it will adjust your calories accordingly. My calories are 2300 and 500 - I exercise at least 4x a week running.

I think you are fine to not eat back the calories on an up day but you also don't have to count calories on an up day the up day limit is just a guide but as Misshapp says you need to work out the calories to your activity level for the down day calories.
