    Starting today

    Im starting today and Im not going to lie to you it is going to be tough after so much christmas treats etc. However I feel rotten, I feel bloated and slugish and tired and short of breath. So here goes Im going to do fast 5 - which is basically an eating window of 5 hours every day and a 19 hour fast. Ill see how it goes and if it doesnt suit me ill switch to Juddd. Im also going to start the c25k - i dont mind if it takes me 4 months but my main goal for 2013 is to be able to jog for 30 mins comfortably (ish). So my eating window starts at 16.00 today and Im hungry already but I know it will get easier. Id love to have a stone off by the end of January, but more importantly I want to feel healhty and comfortable in my own skin!

    Day 2 underway and today is much easier than yesterday I'm barely hungry. However I did overeat yesterday (within the allowed time) but I'm working on sorting the fasting time first then I think ill aim to go mostly primal, but ill see how it's going.
