Get lean in 2013 - organisation tips needed, please

OK, lean is probably an overstatement, but it rhymed

I feel as though I mainly fluked a lot of that weight loss, beginner's luck and all that. When I go back to work I don't want to re-start without being more organised and having some better routines and coping mechanisms in place. I am bound to be more busy/stressed as I got a promotion and now need to be more managerial - I thought the best place to start was with me!

So, how do you organise yourself to make sure you succeed with JUDDDing? Can we make a list to keep ourselves on track?

    1. Set my DDs properly

Ah, that misses a step (or 2 if you are as disorganised as I am. The only things I prepare are the lessons I teach):

Check to see if you have lunchboxy things to take prepared stuff to work!
Make a list of things that you can get to work and reheat, or not!
Make a small variety of meals and freeze, perhaps!
