Just wants to introduce myself.
I'm Cally and I am constantly on a diet lol.
I have over indulged this Xmas, just like everyone else.
I have tried so many diets, got to goal and then put the weight back on.
I want to try something different so here I am :)
My plan is do have dd's on mon, wed, fri but as I'm starting today I'm going to have a dd today.
Got plenty of low cal foods in, salad and veg so I'm all ready.
I think the only thing I'm going to struggle with is not having my morning cappuccino from McDonald's. they're only 90cals but when you only have 500 to use then it just seems like a waste.
