Hi, I tend to do some sort of exercise everyday mainly walking, if I do say 300 calories of walking on A DD would I add those to the 500 I am allowed or would I just stick to 500 despite the exercise :0/ confused lol

I don't add any extra cals for exercise, not sure what most people do. I do about 30mins ex most days.
Don't add them just stick to your DD calories before exercise on the DD.
Yeah you aren't supposed to eat any more than your allowance regardless of exercise. It defeats the detox purposes of the diet
Thanks for replying everyone :) I won't eat any extra calories. Just wanted to check on case I do it wrong first week. Lost 5lb since starting on Sunday so really pleased with it atm
