    Hi there - just starting my first day on JUDDD and my first day on here! whooo hoooo.

    Any recommendations on breakfast to start the day with my Acai Berries????

    OK, caught you...what you doing here instead of MFP!!!!!

    I have 37gms dry weight porridge oats made with a mixture of almond milk & water for breakfast on my DD. Most people on here don't have anything except for coffee!!! The first few DD's are quite tough, but it does get easier. Lots of support on here and lots of success!

    7lbs lost in August.
    7lbs lost in September.
    2lb lost October (6 Hol UD's!)

    lb lost in November
    +2lbs December-Mini hol break/ Xmas/ Boozy New Years Eve !!
    2013
    4lbs lost in January.
    0lbs lost in February.



    23lbs Total Lost on JUDDD.

    Goal : 21lbs by Easter 2013 (4 lost so far)
