    Trying for a baby..read in Daily Mail that I shouldn't do the 5:2 diet??

    Hi everyone..I have been doing the 5:2 diet for a few weeks but I read in the Daily Mail that if you are trying for a baby you shouldnt follow it...does anyone have any info on that???
    Targets
    to be 10 stone by April 5th
