Over the moon I managed my first DD yesterday!
I'm a serial binger over eater so for me it was a major milestone! Hoping i will get into the swing of it and the DD will get a little easier to bear! x

Congrats i survived mine too!! Its feeling a bit strange being able to eat what i want today tho!! Not sure how this will work for me!x

Week 1: -6.39lbs
Week 2: -0.22lbs
Week 3: -1.10lbs
Week 4: -2.43lbs
Week 5: -0.22lbs
Week 6: -1.99lbs
Week 7: Sts
Week 8 Off birthday/Cairo trip
Week 9: +2.65 (oops bad girl, but not bad for 2.5 weeks off!!)
Week10: -1lb
Week 11: -1.87 lbs
Week 12: sts
Week 13-18 Gained 16lbs, thats hotel living for you!, restart 13.7 bloody hell!
Week 19: -6.6lbs SW
Week 20: -3.2lbs yaaayyy! SW
Week 21: +1.6 hrumph, change back to JUDDD/SW
Week 22: -1.6lbs
Only thing that gets me thru is imagining what I am gonna eat in the morning!!! And then I wake up NOT hungry and I don't enjoy my brekkers, what that all about lol x
Does it work? So the 500 cal only has to last breakfast and lunch?
I'm a lapsed weightwatcher at the moment but I've been toying with the idea of this.

Well done!! The first DD is always the hardest, and after a week or so you'll even be looking forward to a D (hard to believe I know lol) x
