Right thats it!,,
Blimey after a fab first week loss of. 7lb I have completely lost the plot... I ended up having to go away with work which meant a dd became an up, so did the next day and now I'm a week in and 7 more up days! Lost the plot completely. Tried to get back on it but my ups and dds would have been mixed and my head was totally confused so people I need some advice...
A)'how the hell do u get back on it if your ups/DD's are mixed up and b) I'm looking for motivation......HELP!

Forget what you were doing, and start a new plan.
If you are finding a DD really tough to get back into why not try the 5pm to 5pm approach instead. I just don't eat anything during my 24 hour fasts, so I can do that anywhere, home/work etc.
Starting JUDDD Target to lose 28lbs to finally get my body lift surgery done and forget I was ever 24.5 stone!

Completely agree it's frame of mind! I was doing well until this afternoon then was miserable and ate more than I should so my plan is to not eat from now until lunch time except a herbal tea or coffee! So that's about 15-16 hrs.. and then a small eating window until ten/eleven and then my normal Thursday DD
won't mess up my week plan and it's not the right way but it makes me stress less hahaa

Thanks ladies I did as u suggested I just started again yesterday and today I'm back down to what I was before my week off lol. I find it so much easier to diet when I exercise as it makes less hungry. I have found that if I stop moving I just want to eat so the plan going forward is to do something each day. Thanks for all your help
