Hi all, I have been reading loads on here about the JUDDD diet and have decided to give it a go. I have been following SW for a few weeks now, but not joined properly so Im finding it a bit difficult now, and for some reason the past few days all I have wanted to do is stuff my face!! I think it might be TOTM (although I dont get it) I think I still get the "symptoms" cramps, sore heads, etc etc. So I will officially start JUDDD on Monday, I will weigh myself on monday morning and I am starting on and UP day, and will go from 6pm-6pm. Fingers crossed this works for me!!!:cross:
