Hi Newbie starting today
After looking at all the info yesterday iv decided to start JUDD today.I'll admit im a bit of serial dieter and been swinging between ww pp and calorie counting the last few wks.If im honest iv hit a bit of a binge phase so after looking on these boards yesterday i decided to take the plunge.I need more control and restricting to 500 call on DD it seems ideal.
Putting my stats in calculator its gave me 2257 on UD and 564 on DD.Does that sound about right? Im actually excited about starting lol
Iv lost 22lbs already with another 65lbs to lose,maybe more once i lose all that.

Week 7: sts totally off the rails so 16/8 must actually have helped a bit
Week 8: +3.2 deserved was bad, no plan whatsoever
Week 9: -4.6 lbs
Week 10: -3.4lbs (lost 8/11 planned but early weigh in for hols)
Week 11: +.6lbs after holiday Week 12: -.4lbs
