    Diet: WW then JUDDD
    Height: 5ft7in
    Start Date: 6th febuary 2013
    Start Weight: 18st13lb
    Current Weight: 17st1.4lb
    Goal Weight: 12st0lb
    Goal Date: When i get there


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 41.5
    Current BMI: 37.5
    Goal BMI: 26.3


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st11.6lb
    Weight to Lose: 5st1.4lb
    % Lost 9.66%

    Exercise question

    Should you exercise on up days or can you do it on on up or down day?
    Also do you eat back your exercise cals? I wasnt planning to but not sure it that would affect losses

    I don't think you are supposed to eat back exercise cals on a DD, but exercise when suits you.. if I can have a banana/protein shake in my 500 cals I go gym, and never feel funny or exhausted or like I can't do it!
