I have been looking at JUDDD and Intermittant Fasting for a while and today i had a look on the JUDDD site.
It has given me 430 cals for DD and 2100 for my UD. Now do i start the diet on a DD? Also do you all eat the UD cals given? or have you reduced it to see a bigger loss weekly?
Well effectively you haven't really started until you've had a DD really, otherwise it's just a normal day, remember the UD cals are a guide, you don't have to eat all of them!

U can stick to what the site tells u, but a lot of people (myself included) just round it up/down to 500/2000. Good luck :) x
