I have looked online and it works out at about 42 calls for a cup is that about right? (One sugar made with ss milk) this is my first day x

Yeah that's about right for tea/coffee semi skimmed and sugar.

I used to have two sugars in my coffee (hate sweetener) and I cut it down to 1&1/2 then 1 then 1/2 now none at all and I can't stand sugar in coffee or tea now. Maybe try to see how you go with 1/2 sugar?

I sometimes have coffee mate for a total of 26 calories with coffee.

30mls of semi skim milk for 18calories

Or black coffee. For zero. Lol xx

Me too. If I needed sugar in my tea and coffee I wouldn't drink it at all on a DD, it really is wasted calories and those few calories you can have need to be as nutritious as they can be.
