    Help!! Everythings changed lol

    Hi guys, fellow judder here, Did it for around 8 weeks, lost about 6lb i think! Then it just stopped lol Anyway im 1.5 stone away from goal, doing CC and carb counting atm, still have some packs left though from slim and save so thinking maybe back to judd for a while...

    Anyway... it all seems so different? what is this fasting? and 5:2 etc?? Helppp lol xx

    Week 2: -0.22lbs
    Week 3: -1.10lbs
    Week 4: -2.43lbs
    Week 5: -0.22lbs
    Week 6: -1.99lbs
    Week 7: Sts
    Week 8 Off birthday/Cairo trip
    Week 9: +2.65 (oops bad girl, but not bad for 2.5 weeks off!!)
    Week10: -1lb
    Week 11: -1.87 lbs
    Week 12: sts
    Week 13-18 Gained 16lbs, thats hotel living for you!, restart 13.7 bloody hell!
    Week 19: -6.6lbs SW
    Week 20: -3.2lbs yaaayyy! SW
    Week 21: +1.6 hrumph, change back to JUDDD/SW
    Week 22: -1.6lbs

    Just had a read, deffo juddd or the 5:2 appeals to me. I know everyone is different, but in general... what seems to get the better losses? xxx

    That's a very good question!

    To be honest i'm not sure about 5:2 as I've never tried it I've always done 4:3 and since my losses have been erratic on that i'm not convinced i would lose atall on less fasting days

    This is the same reason I'm not convinced I would lose on 5:2. I guess I could try it and find out but dislike feeling like I've wasted x amount of weeks if it doesn't work.

    Started JUDDD on 1st October 2012 weighing 14st 3.¼ lb
    Weight lost in Oct 2012: 10.¾ lb (13st 6.5 lb)
    Weight lost in Nov 2012: 3.¾ lb (13st 2.¾ lb)
    Weight lost in Dec 2012 (1st - 24th): 2.¾ lb (13st 0 lb)

    Had 10 days off plan over Christmas: Didn't weigh myself to find out how much I gained.
    Weight lost in Jan 2013 (4th - 31st): 4 lb (12st 10 lb)
    Weight lost in Feb 2013: 2 lb (12st 8 lb)
    15/03/13: -1.¼ lb (12st 6.¾ lb)
    23/03/13: -0.¾ lb (12st 6 lb)
    Came off plan for 5-6 weeks and regained 12.5 lb (13st 4.5 lb)
    28/05/13: Completed 4 weeks of VLCD and lost 15 lb (12st 3.5 lb)


    Start weight & size: 15st 9.¼ lb, size 22-24
    Current weight & size: 12st 6 lb, size 16-18 (18 is loose, 16 still slightly clingy)
    Goal weight & size: 10st 7 lb, size 14

    Sorry sent too soon... I switched as I was feeling bored with SW and not being able to enjoy some healthy foods etc without synning them. I'm really enjoying it so far and eat fairly healthily on most days, averaging about 1300 cals average over the week

    I use my S & S packs on DD's aswell, at least then I know I'm getting most of my vitamins etc

    Well first fast day has gone well I may end up moving to 4:3 yet I will see how I go... I'm wondering though, is there an amount of cals I need to reach on my none fasting days? Like is there a too low barrier!? Xxx
