Hi there considering trying this plan is it possible to do mon-thurs as down days and fri-sun as up days and will it hinder weight loss doing them all together instead of mixing it up? Thank you in advance for any replys!
 
4 dd on the trot is a lot and the benefits of fasting wear off after 36 hours tops. I wouldn't. The most I've done is 2 together as a one off, not every week. If you did alternates you could still have 2 UD's at the weekend.
