I was talking to my friend yesterday about fasting and didn't believe some of the things I was saying, but to be fair I might have not believed them myself! e.g.,
I don't wake up starving hungry after a fast day
I can actually make a pretty decent meal out of 500 calories
I still have the energy to work out when I'm fasting
&
This WOE has totally changed my attitude towards dieting, I feel totally relaxed about it now which is an absolute first for me
