No worries. I've had a diary on nearly everyone one of the diets on here. Not to mention silently stalking a few as well! Make sure you take some measurements as sometimes weight loss can be slow but the inches fly away. Are you planning on doing ADF, 5:2, 4:3, etc?
 
Can u explain Hun I'm so new to this I hope u don't mind helping I was going to do 2 days 500 cal and 5 days of about 1400 ? My weight is 10.11 and I go up and down so easy my height 5"6 and I'm 28 years old nearly 29 x I was doing ww then no carb but put it all back on as I binged which I have a horrid habit of doing I need to get my food habits in control I'm hoping this will help x
 
Sorry i sometime forget that not everyone knows the lingo! ADF = Alternative Day Fasting and obviously you're familiar with the concept of 5:2 (2 days at 500) and 4:3 is pretty much the same you would just do 3 days of 500 instead of 2. You need to work out what your Total Daily Energy Expenditure is and that is roughly what you should be eating on your normal days. If you need help working out your total daily energy expenditure just type "TDEE Calculator" into a search engine and it'll show you a few you could use. Experiment a bit to see which way of eating works for you best. I struggled with eating anything on my fasting days as once i started eating i just couldn't stop so i instead swapped to just having black coffee, water and juiced fruit/veg. Other people manage just fine splitting their fasting cals into smaller meals through the day or splitting them into 2 meals or just having one large meal.

Weight loss on this is different for everyone. I've been on this for 5 weeks and have lost a total of 6.5lbs which is an average loss of 1.3lbs a week.

No u haven't thanks Hun my only main concern is i am worried once I start I don't stop li give it ago I lost loads on low carb but gained the lot again in a few days boo hop x
 
My plan for this week is Mon/Wed/Fri as my fasting days. On Tuesday and Thursday i'll be avoiding bread, pasta and potatoes and then Saturday and Sunday i'm going to eat whatever i want. Sunday is always a Sunday lunch and some kind of pudding and Saturday is either Chinese Food or Pizza. I'll aim to drink at least 2 to 2.5litres of water every day :)

You need to give the plan at least a month. Check out the diaries of other members for helpful hints and tips and keep us updated :)
 
Thank u so much for ur help Hun my 500 day is tomorrow so its miller light as I have to have brekkie then home made soup 170 cal and same for tea I'm having 2 cans diet pop and 2 cups tea this is 500 xx then Tuesday il have 1300 cals but high protein salad fruit and ww meal then same wed thurs will be Mondays plan and weekends what I fancy is this any good do u think I should do a fast Friday too? X

I'm eating paleo, not restricting anything (apart from non-paleo stuff LOL) yet, but really want to add in some fasting days to get things moving.
