Weight loss on IF

Hi can anyone tell me how they have found the level of weightloss. I know it won't be as fast as some woe but I want real life not just from the book results :)
 
I've lost 10lbs so far this year. Within that I've had a few breaks (holidays, wknds away, week off for birthday etc). Works out at about 0.5lb per week. But I'm quite close to goal now so losses are always slower. It's not the quickest in the world but from a WOE perspective it's definitely the most 'normal' and in control I've ever felt!
 
With lots of breaks to suit my lifestyle and job I have lost just over 2 stones in about year. When not concentrating I have maintained without even trying. I have a fully functioning full button and have lost a lot of my sweet tooth.

I have lost 2 stone since 27th December last year but I feel that is not a true reflection of the change in my body. I have my shape back, have lost 5" from waist and hips and 4.5" from bust. Weight has also disappeared from other places, arms and legs are a lot slimmer. Also, it hasn't been difficult sand I haven't felt deprived.
