I found this on Amazon for 99p as an eBook.

Quite a good read with a positive and encouraging round-up of 3 IF ways - JUDD, 5:2 (Weekender plan!) and the 8 hour eating window.

A nice read and good if you want to mix up your fasting a little for some variety.

Also, useful thoughts and tips about exercise.
 
Yeah I liked it too, I think it blew away a lot of myths as well that were developing about IF'ing like doing double downs etc or doing it the "wrong way", i soon learned with IF there is no wrong way,its whatever suits you
 
Ah go on! Did you need a book to tell you that?

Us IF geniuses have been saying it for ages :D

Maybe we should write a book.....
