Thinking of trying judd ?

Hiya everyone . I'm thinking of changing over from (slim and save) I don't really know anyone who has done this plan before iv been having a nosy out of curiosity & from my understanding one day is a low cal day and the other a normal day .
Can anyone tell me the calories allowed on both days . When do you weigh?

Also I'm just wondering if anyone has changed over from a similar plan that I'm on and had success. I'm really missing "normal foods" and I don't want to undo the hard work iv done already . Can anyone offer any advice please .

There's a calculator on the Judd website, but I'm just doing 600 on DDs and 2000 on up days. I think you need a big difference between down days and up days. I'm using slim and save packs in DDs and find it so much easier.

I do down days on a mon, wed and possibly a sat, and do one intermediate day a week - that's 1500 cals for me.

I have lots of s&s packs left so I have intentions of using those for down days .

Do you weigh every week after a down day or an up day ? Thanks
 
I'm just restarting, but used to weigh in same day every week after a down day. At the moment I'm weighing every day, but only taking one reading a week as my recorded weight.

Thanks think I will defiantly keep an eye on the scales !!
Seems like a better iidea once a week though otherwise if get carried away lol x
