    Mood changes

    I was wondering if anyone has experienced any major changes in their mood on a fast day? Finding that I'm getting grumpy and irritable quicker on a fasting day, and wondering whether this is coincidence or maybe due to not eating?

    Anyone else find the same thing?

    Know this is from a while ago, but I get grumpy if I don't eat, so wouldn't do it on a work day for example. So you're not alone!

    I did for a while. But after a week or two I was/am most definitely happier, chirpier on Down Days - even at work

    I have re-started after Christmas and am not noticing any swings at all. I immediately feel so much better, less grumpy, lumpy tummy full on my Down Days.

    24lbs lost = Onederland (end of February - just)
    29lbs lost = into 13s
    35lbs lost = 2.5 stones off (end of September)

    Officially on diet holiday unit we have moved into our new house... that will actually belong to us. Not renting any more

    Dress size = 18 16 14 (getting close) 12
