    Starting fast 5 tmorrow

    Hi, Im starting fast 5 tomorrow. My window is going to be 4-9 and I will see how that goes. Im excited this time. my plan is to lose 7 lbs a month till next Christmas and Im going to save some money for each pound lost and use it to buy some fab new clothes for next Christmas/New Year. I swear this time next year ill be slim and fit!!!!!

    Shed 6 stone in 2014
    Plan: Fast 5 lifestyle

    How are you doing on Fast 5 so far? I've done the 5 hour window before and found it quite easy. I was just eating too much rubbish in that time Have you been to the Fast 5 website and downloaded the ebook?

    well that was a bit of a false start but I am now indeed started. I find the 5hour window quite easy too, but like you am eating too much in the window. Apparently it gets easier and that stops after a week of two. I do feel fuller quicker now. What are you doing now Carrot?

    I'm combing a 8hour window with SW food principles just to keep me on track. I'm not sticking to SW 100% but it is helping me make healthier choices Sometimes i do forget to eat so i do end up with a 5hour window. It's whatever works best on the day.
