    Hey everyone.
    Random question but does anyone else struggle to sleep on their DD's?? Really finding sleep impossible when im on a DD xx

    week 3 = - 1lb
    week 4 = +3lb (bad week)
    week 5 = -4lb yayyy

    Hiya, I always find as the week progresses the sleep on fast days becomes harder, not sure why but have read on an intermittent fasting forum that it's very common, hopefully it's because our bodies are burning fat

    Might also be the coffee, I found I too wasn't sleeping on DD, so I e swapped for decaf coffee & caffeine free diet coke
