What can you achieve in 5 weeks? Challenge :)

The next school term is five weeks long. I'm not great at long term challenges but I reckon 5 weeks is a good amount of time to set some goals. If anyone would like to join me, please do :) the goals can be weight loss, inch loss, dress size or fitness, it's up to you :)

I'm going to aim to lose a stone as it's my first week so I should see some good initial weight loss, and I'm going to aim to fast 13 times in the next five weeks - that's 3 weeks of 4:3 and 2 of 5:2 :)

Oh yes!
My bad news is I haven't done any dieting since Christmas. Good news is I have only gained about 2lbs. I am moving next week, so I am not sure How well this will go, but yes, I am in :)

I'm in too. 10st 9lb and would like to see the back of that 9lb! I'm starting today doing 4:3, fasting mon, weds and fri...will weigh in on Saturdays. Good luck peeps :0) x

Yeah definitely!

Well today has been good, went gym this morning and burnt 600cals then had bbq with family weighed and measured everything and came in at 498. Feeling a little bit headachy but good!

Well done! I was fine but very hungry! Looking forwards to a 'normal' day today! Zumba later... Usually do Zumba and metafit on a Monday but wasn't on due to bank holiday.
Strangely I don't feel too hungry yet today.
I'm just looking forwards to a few weeks time when, hopefully, the scales are moving down! :0)
 
Im in, I'll put myself down for 6lb, Im a Saturday weigher so its only 4 weeks for me, but 1.5lb per week will do nicely.

I weighed in today at the end of my first week and was 5.5 lbs down. I did 3 down days and am v pleased with that loss :)

Well done, 5.5 seems to be a popular number for a first week loss :)
 
Well done! I hope I can lose that much! How many calories are you eating on your up days?
 
I started with sticking to 2000 but I had one that was over 3500 (Easter Sunday!)

I am now not counting on UDs if i do 3 fasts a week, just not going crazy - I'm still writing it down on here for accountability. If I reduce fast days to 2 then I might go back to counting.

I want it to be as free as poss whilst I'm still losing weight.
 
Wow! Well done! I'll be happy with half that loss as I'm a slow loser! Down day today which I don't think will be too hard as I'm full of cold... Bleurgh!!
I'm working on stick to my tdee on up days but actually felt like I ate far too much yesrerday! Will see what the scales say and adjust accordingly!
