5:2 help please
Hi all. I'm wanting to have a go at the 5:2 diet along side slimming world. Has anyone done this? Tomorrow is going to be my first fast day. This is my menu
Breakfast- 100g cherries (52) and a yogurt (51)
Lunch- 2x slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf (102) and 1/4 of a pack quorn chicken slices (31)
Dinner- weight watchers ready meal (199)
600ml of Pepsi max (3)
I'm left with 62 calories. Do I HAVE to use them? Am I allowed to snack on something throughout the day and use these up?

No you don't need to use all 500 cals. Some people don't eat anything at all on fast days.
I'm intrigued as to what weight etches meal is only 199 cal? I've been looking as I find it difficult working out cals on home cooked food
Weight Watchers Cottage Pie is 199, the chicken and beef hotpots are about 226. Sounds good. No need to eat all 500 if you don't feel like it. Good luck! (That's a lot of Pepsi Max!)
