Hi everyone - i have been on slim and save for a month, I did so well for 4 weeks then the carb monster paid me a visit. I never intended to do slim and save long term due to cost and also because I really need to deal with my food issues, such as portion control and eating healthy and late night snacking. Week 5 I had a couple of events so I decided to incorporate judd which I had been researching whilst on SnS, so at the end of 8 days - 4 days sns then 4 days judd, starting with an up day I am 6lbs down. 100 x smilie faces (having trouble doing it on the iPad).
