Weigh in worries
I don't think I'm eating enough but have only been doing JUDD it since Sunday night.
Mon DD - 500 calories
Tuesday UD 1,900 calories
Wednesday DD 500
Thursday UD - 600
Friday DD- 200
My weight has sts since last Saturday. I know that is a very small amount of time and I m not worried about that so much yet. However today is a DD but I can see it means my calories for the week are going to be very low. I can't eat a huge amount on the UD except the first when I was ravenous. Will this be a problem for losing well does anyone think? From what I've read it seems to be the swing that helps the weight loss.
Didn't want to read and run and I don't have lots of experience but Im pretty sure it's important to get all your calories in to see the benefit on the scales, as I did if for a month or so and found that the weeks I didn't eat enough I actually lost less. Xxx
Your UD need to be higher than 600 cals really unless of course your classing it as a DD ? X x
Thanks for your replies :) I think I need to sort my eating out better. I ended up with 3 down ( classing the 600 as one ) cos I wanted 2 up this weekend cos my daughter and her partner are staying. I got weighed today and I have put 2lb on after 3 DD! I need to eat more but I have a lot going on ( I 'm mystified how I got so fat lol) and can't cook much cos I have fractured my shoulder. I am eating low cal ready meals. It's hard to trust the process cos now I know I have 2 lb on I am mentally reining in on what I eat today. Think I 'll have to break out the chocolate. My official wi isn't while Tuesday after Mondays DD so I'll see where I'm at and keep going. I want it to work tho cos it is so simple and I 'm fed up of dieting.
