    Total Weight Loss: 1st3lb
    Weight to Lose: 10st11lb

    First weight in :)

    I weighed myself last week before starting on the 5:2 plan, and had lost 7lbs, so really wasn't expecting that significant 'first week' loss.

    However, very happy to report that I lost 4lbs this week

    So that's 11lbs gone forever, long way to go, but feeling great!

    Short Term Goals
    Lose First Stone
    DONE 27th Feb 2014
    Get into size 26 jeans (started at 28/30)
    DONE 21st Feb 2014
    Get into size 24 Jeans DONE 27th Feb 2014

    Lose Second Stone

    Lose 5% of my body weight (23st 4lbs)
    DONE 11th Mar 2014

    Lose 10% of my body weight (22st)

    7lbs lost before starting 5:2

    Week 1: -4 lbs

    Week 2: -1 lb

    Week 3: -1 lb
    27 Feb 2014: -3 lbs
    11 Mar 2014: -1 lb
