kettleworx Vs 30 day shred for weight loss on scales

    Hi All

I have both kettleworx and 30 day shred at home and was wondering which to follow.

I am currently doing Weight Watchers so need to see the pounds drop on the scale to motivate me and asap :-)

Currently Im doing kettleworx but not seeing it on the scales yet which is very demotivating. I was actually up 1.5 this week :-(

should i try 30 day shred till pounds drop and then tone with kettleworx?

    Thanks for any advise!

    Hi
Your diet is the key to weight loss, lots of people successfully lose weight without exercising.

Exercising will help, as you will burn more calories than doing nothing, but all exercise will burn those calories at different rates

I have checked out the 30 day shred thread once in a while, it's a high impact workout, so you could form your own opinions checking out the posts about losses

My love is Kettlebells as I believe they are perfect for toning and shrinking inches from your body, this is not to say other workouts will not achieve results, I just think the bells do it quicker and better.

Some reasons for weight gain when starting ANY exercise is that -
You drink more so your body gains fluid
    Your muscles gain fluid
    Your appetite can increase

The positive thing is, that if your gain is due to starting exercise, this gain will reverse after a couple of weeks as your body adapts

Numbers on the scale can be quite addictive and great goals to achieve, but weight will naturally fluctuate, so as disappointing as a a gain may be keep going and you will get there

Make sure you measure yourself as well, seeing body changes can be a great motivator as well
I lost over 3 1/2 stone in 6 months with slimmimg world (and still maintaining), and dropped 5 dress sizes with my body magic kettlebells
