March 2011 = 11 stone.
May 2011 = 10st 4lb.
July 2011 = 10st 5lb.
Sept 2011 = 9st 13lb.
Dec 2011 = 9st 11lb
Feb 2012 = 9st 10 1/4lb
March 2012= 9st 9lb
April 2012= 9st 7.5lb
May 2012 Here there and everywhere so no weighing.A month off.Been naughty weighed once.

I'd definitely recommend them, there's loads of useful info in the link gettingfitat50 posted. I'm currently following the kettleworx programme but there's lots of other options! Seem to be getting fast results too
