    Just dun a davina belly burner workout and a 10 min samuel point kettlebell workout including cleans and press double arm swings squats and presses and snatches im dead now!!

    Just completed a davina workout 20mins and a samuel point kettle bells 10 mins those snatches r doing me in lol for about 3 days after i can feel it in my stomach.
