    Following Mike Mahler Kettlebell training

Not done Kettlebells for a while now and want to get back into it.I have lost 3 stone over the last two years from 'dieting' so now want to build up my strength.
I use to enjoy doing them and feel now I have a 'perfect' eating habit I need to concentrate on strength training.

The next couple of weeks I am just going to do some practising.

Been maintaining under 9 stone on a Primal diet since Oct 2012.

Commitment and hard work gets you there.

You can 'diet' and still have a life if you really, really want to.

Maintaining is easier than the losing.

Your weight is not going up for no reason. It's going up because you consume more than you burn.

    114 days until Xmas.

Sounds like a plan Cavegirl. Once diet is nailed you're pretty much there! I'm trying to sort the diet thing now - having what I've tagged 'thinner dinners' most nights: protein & veggies!

PS: looked up Mike Mahler -he's done a lot of kettlebell work and seems a pro on hormones, leptin and so on.

Keep on and let us know how it goes
