Sounds like a plan Cavegirl. Once diet is nailed you're pretty much there! I'm trying to sort the diet thing now - having what I've tagged 'thinner dinners' most nights: protein & veggies!
PS: looked up Mike Mahler -he's done a lot of kettlebell work and seems a pro on hormones, leptin and so on.
