Kettlebell help!

I have bought a kettle bell with the hope of getting rid of my bingo wings! I didn't realise it could do so much more! I don't know where to start, is it advisable to do work ours off YouTube or is there an exercise DVD. I can't commit to do it everyday as I have ordered 30 day shred too x

I like the kettlercise DVD, however I do 2 different classes a week and would really recommend a class for getting the most out of if

I'm looking to get into kettlebells too, as said before, I think a class or pt session would be a good idea (for me anyway!) as I'm concerned I won't get the correct form down. Last time I attempted KB's I couldn't walk for a week!!
